Past Projects

The KWV wine production plant in Paarl, Western Cape. From design to manufacture JTW Management over saw the entire project completing the project within a limited time frame, making sure the system was fully operational for the seasons harvest. 

JTW Management worked with Chill Beverages to assist in the relocation of their boiler system, water connections, chilled water, steam and condensate. In total over 7 kilometres of pipe were installed at a height of 12mt. The entire installation was done while production continued uninterrupted. All pipes were commissioned and lagged. 

52 Tanks were jacketed in position to improve cooling during the fermentation process. The project was complete in 10 months, this was done to limit the amount of tanks made unavailable at any given time, thereby keeping production interference to a minimum. Included in this project was the installation of new chilled water supply manifolds.
